All organization data stored in our system is strictly isolated so that only your authorized team members can access it. Your data is never shared with or visible to other businesses.

You retain 100% legal ownership of all documents, quotations, invoices, and customer records created in your account.

2. Information We Store for Your Operations

To provide accurate invoicing and billing management, our platform stores:

• Organization Details: Business legal name, registration number, tax/VAT ID, contact info, and bank remittance instructions.
• Customer Information: Names, company affiliations, billing and shipping addresses, phone numbers, and communication emails.
• Financial Records: Quotations, line items, discounts, tax rates, manual payment logs (Cash, Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Cheque), receipts, and credit notes.
• Activity Logs: Timestamps and user actions recorded for business accountability.

3. Zero Third-Party Selling or Monetization

We have a strict policy: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your business or financial data to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. Your records are used exclusively to operate your invoicing workflow and generate reports for your team.

4. Payment Records

Zetrixa Digital operates as a record-keeping and workflow automation system. All payment entries (including Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa) are recorded manually by your authorized team members.

5. Data Export & Account Control

You can export your invoices, payment ledgers, customer records, and tax summaries to CSV or PDF at any time. If you wish to delete your organization account, you can submit a request to our support team.
